Deborah Whelan-Payne is the Director - Client Services with Gilmore Partners and brings over 10+ years of  business development, account management and recruitment experience to the firm. Deborah has an extremely strong reach in terms of clients and candidates across a very diverse range of sectors. Deborah's experience is equally as strong on full-time mandates as well as contract mandates.

Deborah has previously worked for large national firms as well as boutique GTA focused firms. As the Director - Client Services Deborah's role at Gilmore Partners is to interact with our existing clients as well as new clients.

In her spare time Deborah enjoys spending time with her family, as well as traveling.
