Our client, a well-established asset management firm based in Downtown Toronto is looking for an Executive Assistant to support their CEO with the coordination of their daily tasks and the running of the CEO’s office. This role will oversee and guide this busy executive in all aspects of their day and will include calendar management, making all travel and accommodation arrangements as well as screening all inbound communication to place in priority to be actioned. This role will also provide personal assistance to the executive outside of the office.
Successful candidates for this role with have the following attributes:
Post-Secondary education in Business Administration or related field plus a minimum of ten (10) years work experience in a similar role in a one on one support of a C Level executive;
Proficient understanding and use of all MS Office Products with advanced skills in Word and Excel;
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response;
Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail;
Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
Excellent communication skills both oral and written;
Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization;
