HR Manager

Our client is a Downtown Professional Services organization and has engaged us on a HR Manager search for their organization. Our client is a very strong and growing public traded company looking for an HR Mangager today that they can see at the Director level within the next 2 years. This is a great opportunity to join an industry leader in their space, a terrific team and reports into a fantastic Vice President of HR.

The ideal candidate for this role would have much of the following:

  • 5+ years of HR experience with a professional services environment / financial services environment

  • A strong proactive consultative HR mindset

  • Strong experience with adhering to and implementing best practices

  • Someone that is extremely process-oriented

  • Someone with experience in talent pipe-lining and strategic workforce planning

  • Someone with project management experience

  • Experience with developing and building on onboarding programs would be beneficial

  • Experience with implementing / being a subject matter expert in an HRIS system would be beneficial
