After joining a global recruitment firm in 2010, where Karim honed and applied his people management and hospitality skills over a course of eighteen months, Karim joined Gilmore Partners in 2011. Within a year as an Executive Search Consultant, Karim’s exceptional ability for connecting clients with top-tier talent was recognized and he was promoted to Director of the firm. One year later Karim was further promoted again to be a Partner within the firm
