Having worked with organisations across virtually every major industry in Canada and the United States, he brings a broad perspective on talent markets and a proven ability to deliver senior and specialised talent in complex and highly competitive environments.

Dejan has built his career solving complex talent challenges, from highly specialised searches to senior executive appointments. His experience on both the corporate and search sides gives him a distinct ability to understand the business behind the mandate, assess the market with perspective, and identify leaders who bring the capabilities, experience, and fit required to drive the organisation forward.

A former competitive soccer player and multi-sport athlete, Dejan brings a competitive, disciplined, and team-oriented mindset to his work. Outside of Gilmore Partners, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children and staying active.
